Our customers asked us how they could get the best quality results from their NovaJet printers. They asked us to provide detailed, step by step instructions -- organized in a structured, linear way, so that they could train themselves and quickly become seasoned NovaJet users. This document, the ENCAD NovaJet Quality Primer, is our response to these requests.

We wanted to provide a series of procedures, but we also wanted to organize them by user tasks rather than printer functionality. The ENCAD NovaJet Quality Primer is structured to be usable in both ways:

If you prefer to work through a series of tasks, organized hierarchically, then access the Tasks and Troubleshooting document to begin.

If you prefer to view a list of procedures and use those procedures individually, then access the Procedures List document to begin.

We recommend that you at least review Tasks and Toubleshooting to understand how you can get the best from your NovaJet printer.

This is a living document. There are more procedures to be written and added. We are by no means finished! The NovaJet Quality Primer will grow and change based on your feedback and your needs. If there is a task that you would like to see added, or a procedure that needs to be revised -- please let us know.
