The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time.
The processing time is from the time when your payment has been received to the time when we gather all the items and ship them out, which takes only 3-5 working days. For orders which cannot be shipped during the time, we will very positively send you a notification of the order status to keep you posted.
Many items are marked "Ship out within 24 hours(Working time: Monday to Friday)", meaning that those items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Standard shipping time by EMS/DHL/UPS will be 5-7 days to most of countries.
When ordering from UDPrinter.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
You can always open the delivery package and inspect before signing acceptance of receiving. At the same moment, please confirm the damage situation of the item with the logistics company staff immediately and keep the proof or evidence in order for us to provide you the aftersales service later.
If there is damage found upon receiving your order, please contact our sales representative as soon as possible, and provide the photo(s) of damage. Our representative will help you find a solution in 2 business days.
